Saudi Arabia again!

KAUST again! Big News for Baker Hughes!

Well of course blog readers will be up to date on the announcement by GE and Baker Hughes. I am personally very excited by the opportunities.

This trip was a return visit to the Amazing King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. It was an impressive gathering of scientists to discuss future technical issues and while most of the things we discussed aren't really public I will be talking about some of the challenges and opportunities in the future.

We caught two operas in Houston this month. Glad to be able to use those season tickets!

Travel this trip (basically includes airport to airport) 16,350 miles. SPE travel to date 448,850 miles. Round trip earth to moon is 477,800 so almost back!
